Ruby Holland is a lifelong Seattle native and the fierce founder of Keep Your Habitat. Returning to the Central District to witness the stark demographic erasure of her childhood neighborhood, she established Keep Your Habitat as a hyper-local watchdog dedicated to shielding elderly legacy homeowners from predatory developers and exorbitant housing fees, uncompromisingly defending Black homeownership.
